I teach adult classes at my home studio several days a week. Classes are small group, and typically run about 2 hours per session. Most students are working in acrylic on canvas, while a few are exploring watercolor, oil and mixed media. While students are afforded the flexibility and creativity to paint what they are drawn to, the focus of the studio is the study of representational painting. Students work from life, and photos as they learn to draw, mix colors, and paint what they see.

 

I have been working with adult and youth artists for over 20 years. I focus my instruction in a manner appropriate for each artist's needs and level of experience.
